· Working knowledge of applicable Saudi law and regulations, including Saudi Arabia’s import, export and anti-corruption laws.
·Skilled in planning and project management, and in maintaining composure under pressure while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
·Extensive finance and accounting knowledge, including understanding of financial audits to detect system weaknesses and potential failures of internal controls strongly preferred
·Skilled in collecting, analyzing and evaluating complex data, and information, and drawing logical conclusions · Excellent written and verbal communication skills – fluent in Arabic and English. · Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve conflicting interests and obtain cooperation · Ability to interact with all facility personnel, corporate officers, government officials, customers, forwarders and brokers
· Ability to be able to work remotely in a global team, self-motivated and flexible.
· Excellent working knowledge of the Company’s business, products and services within the defined region or territory would be an advantage
· Knowledge of utilizing CIP principles to effectively develop and deploy compliance tools, corrective action plans and process improvements would be an advantage
· At least 2 years’ experience in either a lead Compliance-related management role strongly desired

1. Assist with development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
Perform in person and/or remote import, export and anti-corruption audits and document and communicate results, providing recommended corrective actions and effectively driving the actions to completion.
Develop and deploy enhanced training (in-person and via web) regarding the Company’s import, export an anti-corruption compliance program to the Company’s Saudi business units and external third parties, as needed.
Actively maintain enforcement and regulatory updates to proactively identify, analyze and communicate potential impact to business operations.
Liaise with Corporate Inquiries to support investigations, related to potential import, export and/or anti-bribery concerns and violations of Company policy.
Promote a culture of ethical business standards, while encouraging conduct based on ethics, integrity and trust.
Liaise with local regulatory officials (for example, Customs officials) under direction of BI&C management.
Serve as the contact between Flowserve’s joint venture facilities and customs brokers and freight forwarders for routine matters.
This position will actively support Flowserve’s Business Integrity & Compliance program to help Flowserve’s facilities in Saudi Arabia comply with import, export and anti-corruption laws of Saudi Arabia and other applicable laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). The individual will primarily drive deployment of Flowserve’s BI&C program at Flowserve’s Saudi Arabia Joint Venture Operations and will work closely with the Company’s business units, third party channel development, Corporate Inquiries, and sales to enhance existing processes, implement new processes, perform in-person and remote training and support investigations. More specifically, the individual will perform the following tasks at Flowserve’s Joint Venture facilities in Saudi Arabia:
