Position Requirements:

· Good computer handling/operating skills

· Knowledge on MS Office products (Excel and Word), Adobe PDF

· Basic AutoCAD skills

· Good communication skills (English) and basic engineering understandings.

· Exposure to PLM would be added advantage.

Position Description:

  • Loading sales order and other documents from source to Windchill-OEPDMS.

  • Status update of customer documents in OE PDMS

  • Preparation of documents packages to be sent to suppliers

  • Download the existing PDF procedures from ERP system and convert them to MS word

  • Recreate the tables/graphs, review the newly created documents


BSc/BCA/BA degree with 1 to 2 years of experience.
