Position Description:

Coordinates the activities of suppliers and sub-suppliers involved in projects.

Prepares and provides management with the weekly reporting documentation included in its competence.

Responsible for the coordination and maintenance of contracts relating to his competence, prepares and coordinates the necessary additions to the contracts

Arranges, coordinates orders for delivery (RO) for equipment and / or spare parts

Prepares shipping documents and instructions for brokers, checks the correctness of filling out documents

Preparation and execution of documents required for customs clearance of imported products, verification of inventory documentationMonitors changes in international sanctions legislation and its impact on the Company's foreign trade activities. Timely informing the management of the Company about the need to make clarifications to contracts with customers, suppliers, caused by changes in the sanction legislation.

Selects the TNVED codes, and the calculation of customs duties in the preparation of the TAP, together with the staff of the sales department
